In addition, a further article by Dr. Wallinger entitled "Unified Patent Court - the coming months" was published in the June issue of the bulletin of the German patent attorneys ("Mitteilungen der deutschen Patentanwälte"). This article follows on from the reflections on the first months of the UPC published in the December issue last year. The bulletins are published by the Chamber of German Patent Attorneys' board.
